New to the Team: Dobrosława Patelka
Dobrosława Patelka is a violin maker holding a master's degree from the Music Academy in Poznań (2020). During her studies, she focused on the making of new instruments as well as the restoration and conservation of string instruments. Since graduating, she has worked in several renowned workshops, including those of Marion Michael, Veronika & Arian Versteeg, Heike Cockill, and Jacek Wesołowski.
In addition to her formal education, Dobrosława has participated in numerous professional development courses, including training with Andreas Kägi, Iris Carr, Samuel Zygmuntowicz, and Jan Bartoś.
She is a member of the British Violin Making Association and the Polish Union of Artist Violin Makers. Her work is characterized by a strong commitment to craftsmanship and precision. She possesses extensive expertise—particularly in the field of restoration — which she continually expands through ongoing professional development.
